Quality requirements
Tell us how the tool will be used and how it will be accepted. Documentation and inspection requirements belong in the quotation, alongside the product specification.
Application review
Confirm the material, hardness, machine, cooling method and cutting conditions. PCD, PCBN and diamond cutting tools require different application checks.
Evidence before commitment
Ask for the relevant inspection records, sample approval and documentation for the selected product. DIAMVEX does not publish unverified certifications, plant claims or test results.
