The enquiry form collects your name, business email, company and the product requirements you choose to provide. Country is required. Material, quantity and an attachment are optional. Selected model references, quantities, requirements and source product pages are included when you use the enquiry list.

How the information is used

Submitted information is stored with a reference number for reviewing and following up on the product enquiry. It is not added to a public customer list. Uploaded files have no public download route on this website.

How an enquiry is handled

An enquiry is recorded on this website with a reference number and reviewed against the model, material and application you provide. Notification and a business WhatsApp channel are added when those channels are active. Do not include payment details or unrelated sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Corrections

You can submit a follow-up enquiry quoting the previous reference to request a correction or deletion of your enquiry information.
